After 9.5 years of dedicated service in the U.S. Army, Justin embarked on a new venture with Amazon’s DSP program in 2019. He quickly identified a critical need – a fair, equitable, and efficient scheduling system that respected employees’ time and well-being.
Fueled by his commitment to innovation and efficiency, Justin developed the 2on2off pattern: a simple yet revolutionary approach to scheduling that offers employees two consecutive workdays followed by two days off.
